The GRCS team consists of over 60 enthusiastic professionals, who together ensure that organizations are and remain in control. When conducting internal audits, we map out business processes to assess whether risks are mitigated. Here, we look at both hard controls (for example segregation of duties and IT systems) and soft controls (for example organizational culture). In the area of risk management, we support organizations in identifying and mitigating their risks.

Various teams within GRCS

Internal Audit

Internal audit functions are the ultimate relevant sparring partners for management and supervisory board members within organizations. We support clients in performing Internal Audits, but also advise Internal Audit Functions (IAFs).

Internal Control

We help various (international) clients in the field of Internal Control and Enterprise Risk Management. For example, we support clients in carrying out baseline measurements of internal control and help them test controls.

Soft Controls

Our work consists of examining, analyzing and advising on soft controls. We do this by facilitating workshops, conducting culture audits and guiding auditors in getting to the bottom of organizational culture.

Contract Compliance Services

We help organizations assess and provide insight into their relationships with contracting parties. In doing so, we determine whether agreements are being met and help our clients effectively manage the risks associated with their contracting parties
