Your challenges

  • Be a senior subject matter expert on Digital Workplace technologies including M365 and Messaging;
  • Develop and deploy enhancements to the operational environment;
  • Coordinate priorities of outsourced vendor support teams to ensure SLAs are met
  • Server as escalation level support for problem analysis and resolution;

This is you

  • BSc. degree in a related field (Engineering, Comp. Sci) or equivalent experience;
  • Expert level knowledge of M365 and Messaging related technologies;
  • Intermediate level or better proficiency with Microsoft PowerShell;
  • Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles.

Your role as
Digital Workplace Senior Engineer?

We are looking to grow our team by adding a Senior Engineer within the Platform Operations Digital Workplace chapter. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with a problem solving mentality and possess subject matter expert knowledge in the areas of M365 and Messaging technologies. This support team is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of Office 365 functionality, leveraged globally. The ITS Global Operations strategy leverages both internal service providers and third party suppliers to deliver the maximum business value from IT infrastructure and service investments. The core functions of the Office 365 Operations team are: installation, administration and support of global services.
