Your challenges

  • Oversee the global Risk Profiles program service delivery, team and budget
  • Manage the Risk Profiles framework, monitor the supporting solution
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders from several KPMG firms and groups 
  • Identify and analyze trends, propose solutions for challenges
  • Oversee architecture, monitoring and enhancement of the supporting technology solution

This is you

  • Experienced Senior Manager with min.10 years experience in information protection
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree - Information security certifications a plus
  • Strong understanding of information protection and business risk indicators
  • Possess excellent English writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Min. 3 years administrating Microsoft technologies, i.e. Azure, ATP, TVM, SCCM, Azure, PowerBI, SQLDB

Risk Profiles Program Lead?

The KPMG International, Global Technology and Knowledge, Information Protection Group (IPG) is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager candidate to fill the Risk Profiles Program Lead role. This position offers great career growth within the network of KPMG member firms and KPMG International.

Key role activities include: Responsible for the Global Information Protection Group (IPG) Risk Profiles services delivery, including information gathering, risk indicator updates, quality assessment, population of dashboards, development of communication plan and communications to stakeholders. Manage the Risk Profiles program team and support resources. Collaborate with other groups to enhance the risk indicator framework and manage communications to key stakeholders. Lead the risk profile enhancement and automation efforts. Review relevant processes, procedures and materials. Oversee architecture, monitoring and enhancement of the supporting technology solution. Maintain and plan for budget.

Step 1 - Online assessment

When we see a potentially good fit, based on your résumé and application letter, we will invite you to complete the online assessment (Capacity test). If your score satisfies our requirements, we will also send you the personality questionnaire. This will give us further insights into your behavioral preferences and competencies.

Step 2 - The first interview

After you have succesfully completed the online assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with our recruiter. For some positions, a colleague from your potential future team will also be present.

Step 3 - The second interview

If you pass the first interview, a second interview will be scheduled. The second interview will dive deeper into the specific topics and competencies that are relevant to the job. A case interview can be part of the second interview and sometimes a final interview is scheduled after the second interview.

Step 4 - Screening

We maintain high standards regarding integrity and reliability. That is why every future employee is screened. As part of this, you will need to provide a reference, passport, copy of your academic diplomas/certificates, and a certificate of conduct (VOG).
