- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related fields Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience for more than 8 years.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As Manager of Communications and Change Management you will be part, from the beginning, of our newly established Managed Services team. You will design the strategic approach to manage change, evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk. You will conduct road shows to create awareness and develop a digital marketing agenda. You will support the Managed Services team to decide and adopt new ways of working. You will drive the digital agenda. You will define change.
