Your challenges

  • Enable the business with successful delivery of KPMG;
  • Contribute to the strategic advice regarding global implementation and change management;

  • Lead work stream delivery, or small engagements;
  • Work in multinational, multidisciplinary teams;

This is you

  • 3 to 5 years working experience in an organizational change role;
  • Applies a strategic perspective on business and people issues;
  • Embraces a culture of innovation and experimentation to create value;
  • Focuses on self-development and continuous learning;
  • Connects with individuals, teams and organizations to build lasting, collaborative relationships;
  • This role is based in The Netherlands at our headoffice in Amstelveen, near Amsterdam. You live in The Netherlands.

Your role as
Organisation Change Manager KPMG International?

This position operates within the Change & Deployment (C&D) department, a team focused on change management and global deployment of KPMG International products and services being delivered to our network of member firms. This is a project focused position where you are part of the overall development and delivery programs that will enable the business with successful delivery of KPMG products and services implementation.

You will contribute to the strategic advice regarding global implementation and change management during the planning phases of each project. As projects are formalized, you will participate in the assessment, planning, development of the deployment approach and materials as well as driving adoption within member firms. The manager in this role will support C&D Engagement Leads in the delivery of our work streams scope and deliverables.
