Your challenges

  • Strong problem definition, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise past experience and mature judgement
  • Ability to mentor and lead project teams to deliver tasks and assignments
  • Prior big consulting company experience
  • Certification on e-procurement solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua would be an added advantage

This is you

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on working experience with e-procurement solutions including at least 1 full lifecycle implementation project
  • Comprehensive knowledge on source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay processes
  • Demonstrate functional knowledge of core procurement solution modules such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement and invoicing
  • Middleware experience with leading integration tools, such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, HANA cloud or Oracle Fusion
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies and solution designs related to procurement processes
  • Develops simple and easy to understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Experience with managing project teams and working with an offshore capability is an added advantage
  • Based out of Netherlands or Belgium and can communicate in Dutch

Your role as
Senior Consultant - Digital Procurement Transformation?

To respond well to the rapidly changing and digitizing procurement market, we are looking for an experienced management consultant to support the transformation and automation of procurement functions. We are looking for an experienced (digital) procurement transformation professional to help our clients to design and implement digital source-to-pay solutions based on Coupa. During the implementation of these solutions, you will be supporting the business in the area of validating business requirements, creating process- and system designs, change management activities, data migration activities, testing and training. As (Senior) Consultant Digital Procurement Transformation you are involved in both small as well as large scale advisory projects in the area of Coupa, such as optimization projects or end-to-end implementation projects.

Step 1 - Online assessment

When we see a potentially good fit, based on your résumé and application letter, we will invite you to complete the online assessment (Capacity test). If your score satisfies our requirements, we will also send you the personality questionnaire. This will give us further insights into your behavioral preferences and competencies.

Step 2 - The first interview

After you have succesfully completed the online assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with our recruiter. For some positions, a colleague from your potential future team will also be present.

Step 3 - The second interview

If you pass the first interview, a second interview will be scheduled. The second interview will dive deeper into the specific topics and competencies that are relevant to the job. A case interview can be part of the second interview and sometimes a final interview is scheduled after the second interview.

Step 4 - Screening
