Your challenges

  • Win and manage Business and Human Rights projects, ranging from small to large and simple to complex
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Business & Human Rights and supply chain due dilligence in both ESG advisory and assurance
  • Work directly with clients
  • Connect with KPMG colleagues that work on other sustainability themes and service areas
  • Connect with industry actors and stakeholders
  • Contribute to proposals and business development, over time advancing into a leadership role

This is you

  • Signigicant knowledge of and experience in the field of business and human rights (3-7 years)

  • Experience in implementing relevant tools and methodologies, such as stakeholder consultations, social research, social audits, human rights risk assessment and supply chain due dilligence, human rights impact assessments
  • Additional skills in qualitative research are a bonus (e.g. using NVivo coding)
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing and presenting in English
  • Experience in managing global projects
  • Ability to think from multiple stakeholder perspectives

Senior Consultant Sustainability Business & Human Rights?

We help our clients to identify, understand and address their human rights and social impacts. Our international team works with business, government and not-for-profit to understand complex social issues, risks and opportunities. We develop and implement practical responses to create sustainable positive change. You will be working on a range of innovative services relating to social impact, human rights in business, ethical sourcing, sustainable supply chain management, social assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Together with colleagues from different countries and departments of KPMG you work towards building market relations and serving customers.
