Your role as
(Senior) Manager ESG reporting?

Our clients need to improve their non-financial reporting to full-scale strategic ESG integration while complying with new EU regulations for sustainability reporting (CSRD/taxonomy). Decarbonization, more transparency in the supply chain or adopting more circular business practices are common themes in an ESG strategy. Therefore, our ESG reporting and assurance professionals work closely together with our ESG strategy professionals in one Sustainability team. Our sustainability team is now about 70 professionals and significant further growth is planned. The sustainability colleagues are purpose driven professionals who are committed to make the world a better place, both from an environmental as well as a social perspective. We work in an international setting, where people from many nationalities work together.

"This role will bring you many learning opportunities and that not only in professional knowledge, but in particular also managerial and commercial skills. For high-performers, further growth to senior leadership roles at KPMG is expected."

You are an experienced ESG reporting professional having at least a working knowledge of GRI, SASB and/or TCFD and wanting to bring companies to the next level in ESG reporting. You are also looking for working together with colleagues from a variety of disciplines in order to offer our clients innovative and full-scale ESG-reporting solutions. In this role you also are responsible for the commercial development of our services. It is also possible to apply if you have a financial reporting background, for example through a current role in external audit and are now open for an enhancement of your work field to ESG reporting.
